компания "gett" the role of a product manager assistant (pma) is to support the product manager in creating new products in pursuit of reaching strategic goals of the company. site is located in moscow, ru, while pma is responsible for our products in israel, uk and us. career prospect for a pma is a promotion to a pm. activities: execute plans by working closely with operation departments, it, rnd teams and external vendors. conduct competitor and industry analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement initiatives. prioritization of tasks and focusing on the main goals. support internal customers (ops, finance) in product-related questions. review and report on product metrics, prepare action plans in case of changing environments. track and analyze feature use and adoption. translate your vision to product requirements while working closely with devs and ops teams to bring those products to market. education and training requirements: bachelor degree or 3-4 course with the ability to work full-time. technical background: understanding how web, api, integrations are working. excellent in analytical, logical and mathematical skills. good writing and communication in english (b2-с1). basic understanding and experience of data manipulation using sql. experience in product management is a plus. startup and entrepreneurship experience is a plus. high-level understanding of financial systems, billing, payments is a plus. we are offering: flexible schedule. competitive salary and your own mac. friendly and cheerful team, awesome projects.
