компания "яндекс" toloka is one of the worldchr(39)s largest crowdsourcing platforms for collecting and labeling large amounts of data for machine learning projects, ultimately helping businesses solve a great number of tasks. when it comes to data collection and processing, toloka is a key tool for major it companies in russia and abroad. there are over nine million annotators on the platform, and new annotators joining from all over the world push that number higher every minute. we care about our users and strive to give them the best possible experience in toloka. toloka and our crowd of annotators are growing fast, so we’re looking for a product manager intern to help us handle that growth. over the course of the 3-4-month official paid internship at yandex, our intern will learn the principles of crowdsourcing and grow their expertise in this field. our ideal candidate is fluent in english, has excellent organizational skills, and is technically savvy. responsibilities: focus on annotator research and customer development (study user behavior and needs) identify problems users may encounter find new ways to attract and retain users qualifications: fluent spoken and written english ability to process large amounts of data ability to communicate effectively with analysts and developers in their language ability to manage multiple projects at the same time ability to control the discussion, reach agreements, and record results passion for learning new things and taking initiative preferred qualifications: crowdsourcing experience familiarity with machine learning concepts ability to collaborate with a team, prioritize, and meet deadlines flexible mindset for working in a context of rapid development with constantly changing requirements benefits: access to resources and opportunities within yandex strong team focused on mutual support and growth
