компания "филиал компании servtech limited (сервтек лимитед) в атырауской области" main responsibilities ensuring that profit and business targets are agreed and achieved for the business by: • maintaining overall responsibility and accountability for all operational aspects and development of sparrows kazakhstan • consulting with and assisting the regional director in the setting of targets for all projects within the country • contributing towards business plans, operational plans and financial plans • understanding of existing and emerging regional issues • fulfilling the tasks described in this job description. preparing and fulfilling a strategic plan for the growth of the area of the business by taking accountability for: • budget creation and management to ensure the efficient performance and profitability • identifying new business and delivering on existing opportunities • developing and maintaining productive relationships with key stakeholders in the country • ensuring knowledge of existing and emerging regional issues remain current • agree objectives in line with business and brand objectives • actively marketing all group services to client base. ensuring that all orders and contracts are completed to the clients’ satisfaction while maximising the financial benefit to sparrows by: • implementing sparrows policies, standards and initiatives locally • demonstrating excellent negotiation and communication skills with strong commercial acumen • monthly and quarterly reporting to the client detailing hseq, financial, technical and operational performance as a minimum, to a client agreed schedule • reviewing operational processes to ensure maximum efficiency • gaining feedback via customer satisfaction surveys using fpal and client visits onshore, offshore and overseas as required • managing technical elements efficiently and effectively to ensure the best solution is provided. ensuring the operations team run smoothly and effectively by: • implementation of sparrows policies, standards and initiatives locally • undertaking periodical audits to ensure qms compliance and promoting continuous improvements • encouraging a positive channel of communication and a collaborative effort between kazakhstan and other sparrows business entities; • demonstrating a strong, creative and proactive approach to management together with excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills. contributing to the development of new systems, procedures and initiatives that will assist the sparrows group of companies by: • taking part in the senior management team meetings • contributing to special meetings and working parties • regularly identifying necessary process and business improvements and taking steps to implement • ensure each area/department operates in compliance with all legal requirements • participating in knowledge sharing of best practices between colleagues. ensuring that direct reports develop their own skills and experience for the benefit of the company by: • mentoring of subordinates to ensure individuals are developed to fully meet their potential • undertaking an annual formal appraisal where development needs are identified and agreed • identifying training needs for employees • monitoring the performance of direct reports and recommending development opportunities • identifying personnel who meet the criteria for succession planning. taking an active part in promoting an excellent safety culture by: • setting an example at all times of the correct safety behaviours • letting it be known at every opportunity, that safety is a prime concern and people will be given every opportunity to stop unsafe working practices • seeking advice as required from the hseq representative and supporting delivery of safety initiatives • adhering to all sparrows group safety rules and procedures including immediate reporting of accidents to the operations director/hseq representative • delivery of hseq plan actions and initiatives. following best in class people management practices and overseeing direct report’s fulfilment of these functions by: • seeking the advice of and providing information to the human resources department • providing support with succession planning for key personnel • effectively applying all hr policies and practices • monitoring employee satisfaction levels in the business unit and offering guidance to direct reports as necessary. ensuring that all financial transactions are completed to the highest ethical and professional standards and comply with the sparrows group policies by: • implementing/maintaining systems for reviewing all operating costs to ensure they are consistently aligned with focused revenue • ensuring wip and debt are effectively managed • ensuring internal and external procurement is completed to maximise the financial benefit to the business • seeking advice from the financial department representative • encouraging direct reports to seek advice from and respond in a timely manner to finance department staff • responding quickly and thoroughly when issues regarding financial probity are suspected or identified. hseq responsibilities • it is mandatory that the incumbent is familiar with the companychr(39)s hseq policy and takes an active role in the compliance and improvement of sparrows integrated management system. the incumbent must report any incidents, near misses, actual or potential problems with products, services or systems to their line manager. • the incumbent also has legal responsibilities under country-specific health and safety legislation to follow all company processes and procedures and familiarise themselves with the emergency careers response arrangements applicable to them. the incumbent is also responsible for the health and safety arrangements of subordinates (if any) and for any persons visiting them while on the company premises qualifications and experience • experience of working in a senior business role within an oil and gas service company • proven track record in budget control and business growth • experience of managing teams, identifying training needs and monitoring their performance • experience of strategic planning
