компания "виват инвестмент менеджмент бел" general manager five star branded hotel is looking for general manager overall objectives the hotel general manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel and its staff. hotel general manager have commercial accountability for budgeting and financial management, planning, organizing and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, and reservations), food and beverage operations, and housekeeping. while taking a strategic overview and planning ahead to maximize profits, hotel general manager must also pay attention to the details, setting the example for staff to deliver a standard of service and presentation that meets guestschr(39) needs and expectations. business and people management are equally important elements. main responsibilities developing and maintaining goals in operational business of the hotel. developing and maintaining budgets. leading the hotel operation team. ensuring exceptional customer service. managing and conducting human resource activities. candidate profile experience in the field of tourism and hospitality. familiar with brand hotel’s chain standards. ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays (as required). competencies ability to work independently, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions. ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff and clients/vendors. applies a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times. works in a safe, prudent and organized manner. familiar with the process and order of services. familiar with market economy and business. familiar with the basic marketing issues, theory and practice of human resources work, ethics of communications. education and experience degree in hospitality management, finance or related field. at least 5 years hotel experience and management. language ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment: russian language – fluent. english – fluent. join our team!
