компания "transsion" transsion holdings is hiring trade marketing manager for one of its brands "tecno mobile" in moscow the ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with clients and customers. responsibilities: to take initiative, plan and implement activation in line with business priority & brand strategy: 1- focusing on channel (dns mvm svz op) and specific area off channel development and penetration. work closely with regional sales team and hq marketing team to deliver creative solutions, develop channel activation mechanism, sеlесtoutlets for implementation and execute trade activities so as to meet specific market needs 2- develop and implement trade and btl activities in prestige-on channel to partner with kam in negotiations with ka on optimizing channel management of the brands within the regional strategy fully engage in fiscal key project in terms of plan design, coordination, and lead team for execution in-clouding props posm development proofing, order placement, payment contract follow-up. responsible for ensuring the key brand visibility items within respective territory, for the installation and maintenance of props, asset management project budget control and management in line with expectations develop regular tmkt reports and build up strong relationship with key trade partners and gather market intelligence execution of hq activation team activities develop regular tmkt reports and build up strong relationship with key trade partners and gather market intelligence effective communication between trade and brand and immediate feedback/action to leverage both needs. work closely with activation team to ensure all the project on the right track supervise event agency on pre-communication of all activations with trade/outlet to ensure well implementation and support to trade strictly follow brand guideline and channel strategy guideline for effective investment requirements: bachelor’s degree more than 3 years sales & trade marketing working experiences in electronic industry experience in smart phone company is a plus strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills good at building mutual trust and relationship with different kind of stakeholders good leadership skill, self-driving, and strong sense of responsibilities good command of computer & english skills, willing to bt we offer: schedule 5/2 competitive salary career development and interesting tasks warm family atmosphere in a friendly team work at office novye cheremushki
