компания "сампад" we are looking for an experienced senior/lead sales manager to join our team, drive sales and accelerate the company’s growth. requirements 4+ years of experience in selling software development services in western markets excellent communication skills ability to establish and maintain great relationships with the clients excellent english language skills good understanding of the software development sales process sound technical and business knowledge (on sales level) experience in selling fixed price and tm projects, not just outstaffing experience in lead generation through various channels ability to analyze and improve business processes in collaboration with marketing and pre-sales teams we are looking for a proactive, positive person, a team player enjoying collaboration with other people, open to new ideas, willing to try new things, a responsible professional with a desire to work hard and achieve great results not only in individual sales but contributing to the company’s development. willing to grow and prosper together with the company. nice to have experience in organizing and participating in roadshows and conferences experience in supervising the work of junior/subordinate sales managers experience in organizing and supervising the work of a lead generation team experience in the fintech domain responsibilities as a senior/lead sales manager at itexus you will be responsible for: qualifying inbound leads generated by the marketing team converting high priority leads into opportunities working with the technical presales team to generate proposals presentation of the proposal, handling objections, and closing deals with the clients meeting with the clients face to face all over the world on roadshows and conferences organizing and supervising the work of junior sales managers and lead generation specialists developing new sales channels, partnerships and services your career opportunities in our company will be: becoming a head of a sales unit consisting of a few sales managers and lead generation specialists, growing into a deputy head of sales or a head of sales positions. compensation will include a base fixed salary + sales commission + commission from subordinate sales managers wechr(39)ll be happy to tell you more about the company when you meet with us.
