компания "selecty" now we’re looking for a strong lead generation leader to boost our business development team. you’ll be in charge of prospecting and searching for new customers via upwork channel. requirements: english level - b2-c1, russian level - b2-c1 successful experience in lead generation and sales for it businesses - outsource projects, outstaff services - 1year+ experience with upwork experience in creating and presenting qualified commercial offers; strong communication skills, service and customer oriented; result-driven, independent, and self-motivated, ability to create innovative ideas to attract new clients; highly organized, self-disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision. responsibilities: active search and attraction of potential clients; reach out to target leads with upwork creating bids and offers for potential clients; qualifying potential clients for project scope and budget filling and updating data in a crm system; communication with various teams inside the company for finding suitable freelancers for particular lead, updating/upgrading upwork profile, etc.
