компания "softswiss" softswiss is a tech company focused on igaming. we offer ultra-powerful, widely acclaimed, certified software solutions for managing online casino and betting operations worldwide. we also provide cost-effective white label solutions and various operational services to our clients. responsibilities: carrying out segmentation of the database and implementing crm strategies; usage of crm tools to create audience segments to target relevant cohorts with appropriate campaigns; promo plan preparation; preparing a technical task for designer and copywriter; a/b testing on various campaigns to establish the most effective; creation of and execution of customer engagement/acquisition strategies in line with the company’s marketing and financial objectives; ensuring all email campaigns comply with the best current email practices in the industry; tracking and reporting on campaigns in order to guide improvements; analysis of current email marketing campaigns and making improvement recommendations; analysis and monitoring of the main kpis and crm actions; customer retention. requirements: customer-first mindset; analytical and strategic thinking skills; data-driven approach; knowledge of different crm systems and experience in setting up the trial, and onboarding processes using them (customer.io, optimove, xtreme push); engagement; previous experience in email marketing (2+ years in marketing automation and email marketing); experience and knowledge working with email automation tools, track record of successful execution of email marketing campaigns, experience building omnichannel marketing campaigns; knowledge of analytical tools, including google analytics. ability to analyze, interpret, draw conclusions and implement solutions to a variety of complex issues; excellent written communication and copywriting skills in english; work experience with chatbots would be highly appreciated; basic knowledge of html & css; responsibility for running end-to-end projects as required. work conditions: full-time position. great community of software development experts and other industry professionals. highly-competitive compensation, motivation, benefits and social programs. salary is officially paid in hard currency negating devaluation risks. ability to work remotely from other countries and our international offices. medical insurance + 25 days of vacation + 5 sick days.
