компания "бримит" about brimit founded in 2011, with only 2 owners as employees, today brimit is a technology company serving clients in 20 countries, compring a team of more than 100 technology experts and operating in five countries. with a vision for customer satisfaction, we have built long-term relationships to deliver maximum value to our customers and partners. at brimit, we master skills in the leading platforms—salesforce, sitecore, and microsoft 365—providing our clients with the software solutions that drive business results and facilitate digital transformation. we equip sales and marketing teams with salesforce for collaborating with customers and partners, help organizations enhance customer engagement with sitecore as well as enhance employee collaboration with microsoft 365. about the role as a sales representative, you will be finding new prospects, communicating with them at the early stages of a sales cycle, nurturing them, and setting appointments. our customers are mainly midsize enterprises who are looking to enhance their internal and external business processes by means of the three above mentioned platforms and other tools. this position requires patience and dedication, as software industry has a lot of competition. you will work alongside our platform practice managers and collaborate on creating and submitting service proposals and answering prospects’ technical questions that they have on the way to selecting a service vendor. you will start with finding prospects for one of our platforms and expand your area of responsibility to three as you grow. you will work closely with our marketing team who possess the knowledge about our target audience and you will try to improve your knowledge of our potential customers constantly. in some cases, you will need to participate in collecting information about companies and prospects that you will be reaching out to during marketing campaigns. salespeople in this role can move into a management position as they advance in their careers. you will participate in events that are held across the world, and switch to working with our key accounts. responsibilities finding new prospects, communicating with them at the early stages of a sales cycle. building and maintaining relationships with prospects aiming for long-term success. implementing outbound marketing campaigns developed in cooperation with our marketing department. maintaining a complete and accurate database of prospects in microsoft dynamics crm. assisting the marketing department in fine-tuning marketing strategy and collateral based on communication with prospects. providing weekly updates on prospects, opportunities, and sales. meeting quarterly and annual revenue goals according to a sales plan. requirements english at an advanced or a very advanced level. the interview will be held in english. at least 1 year of experience in lead generation and/or cold calling and/or selling software services or products. any technical background is a plus. a willingness to learn. you will need to learn a lot about software development. track record of overachievement. entrepreneurial and relentless attitude. ability to work quickly and independently. result orientation. excellent communication and interpersonal skills. excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. we offer a professional and friendly team. competitive compensation depending on delivered result. flexible working schedule. corporate and social events (meetups, hackathons, new year and summer parties, etc.). free english classes. medical insurance. cozy office in the center of minsk. want to be the part of our team? apply today!
