компания "dataart" клиент our client is one of the world’s top 10 investment companies with headquarters in great britain. приглашаем в компанию, а не в проект особенности проекта the it environment of this company is constantly growing: there are around 30 programs and more than 60 projects under active development at this time. all of the systems are integrated with each other. to synchronize delivery the customer uses the safe methodology and release trains. создаем среду, свободную от ограничений даем сосредоточиться на работе особенности позиции the purpose of this role is to increase the quality, quantity, and speed of software development by defining, developing, and delivering a shared platform for the continuous integration and deployment of software change cross multiple cloud and on-prem (including mainframe) technologies. responsibilities work with the architecture and engineering teams, develop an inspiring vision and blueprint for a shared ci/cd platform that supports the deployment of change across multiple cloud and on-prem systems and applications define and manage a “ci/cd customer” focused backlog for features and stories work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to refine and prioritize features to ensure incremental delivery of business value through the delivery of user stories develop, continually refine and socialise a roadmap for the maturity of the platform work with other parts of the organization to ensure the product roadmap is effectively linked to other wider activities related to ci/cd and devsecops maturity work closely with scrum masters and technical project managers to align the delivery of features on product roadmap based on capacity and capability of delivery teams support delivery teams through the development process of features and user stories collate feedback from users/customers of the platform in order to define future enhancements create and track the cost of creating and maintaining the platform work with 3rd parties and suppliers to review tools and solutions to accelerate the delivery of features and benefits in the most efficient way requirements technology-focused degree-level qualifications are preferred but not essential, with demonstrable experience considered an equivalent qualifications such as scrum certified product owner are preferable skills in creating product visions and roadmaps skills in defining user stories and acceptance criteria skills in backlog refinement and grooming knowledge of secure software development lifecycle principle and best practices knowledge of ci/cd platform solutions e.g. git hub, jenkins knowledge of ci/cd tools to support security (veracode, sonar etc.) and testing knowledge of infrastructure as code knowledge of environmental management principles knowledge of backlog management tools in particular jira knowledge of cloud technologies and tools in azure and aws knowledge of ci/cd tools for mainframe is desirable but not mandatory experience in working in the financial services organization financial planning and management experience experience in working with 3rd parties and suppliers experience in running proof of concepts and pilots experience in working with scrum teams and architecture team experience in establishing and tracking okrs experience in working with multiple stakeholders to refine product backlogs and reporting on progress
