компания "orion group kz" responsibility: act as tse ta-2 for all tse activities and deliverables pertaining to asset support and inclusive of pcns, brownfield projects. lead the respective technical safety engineering deliverables, and advise pod operations and other directorates & departments as necessary on technical safety requirements during pcn design, construction, commissioning & start-up and production operations respectively. ensure strict compliance with hazard identification and management processes and technical safety related procedures and engineering standards, in operational risk assessments, turnaround activities or asset construction activities respectively as an hsse critical position, ensure the establishment and maintenance of operational controls required to manage the risks associated with major incident hazards within the operating assets and demonstrate alarp. ensure that standards and policies adopted within the venture comply with internationally recognized oil &gas standards, best engineering practice, technology, and the laws of the rok and are being implemented, bench marking risk assessment activities. lead / approve design reviews/ pha review including but not limited to hazid, hazop, hazeer, eera, qra, bow-tie, ipf/ sil assessment, risk assessment reviews, cumulative risk assessment (cras) requirements: degree in chemical, process or other discipline engineering degree (a chartered engineer or chartered process safety engineer of a recognized. engineering institution or a tse ta appointment in previous role/s). minimum 10 years of relevant experience is expected to be assessed as a ta-2 for overall discipline; minimum 8 years’ experience working with technical safety issues within the oil and gas industry, with preference for onshore and offshore experience. preference for 3 years’ experience as a senior or lead technical safety engineer. preference for 2 years project experience at concept selection, feed and detail design or operation support either in a design or production role. proven track record in the preparation of technical documentation to a high standard, especially safety cases and safety management systems. proven track record in facilitation of safety review (hazid, hazop, bow-tie, sil/lopa, etc). good understanding of technical safety related software’s (dnv phast, safeti, bow-tie xp). previous experience of onshore and offshore projects and / or operations. we offer: атырау, 5/2
