Lead Technical Safety Engineer

компания "псн казстрой" wood (trading locally as wood kss llp) is currently looking for lead technical safety engineer to strengthen our team in atyrau. responsibilities: technical assurance (engineering quality assurance and control) resource management standardization and replication across the contract contributing to the delivery of engineering excellence through achieving project completion to the project specifications on schedule being accountable for the quality of technical safety deliverables providing technical safety guidance to the team supporting and supervising task delegation to team participating in audits and incident investigations as required executing assigned scopes of work supporting and supervising task delegation to team providing discipline expertise to the business participating in project hazop, hazid, sil studies, and other safety workshops when required providing sound technical advice and solutions to a diversity of technical problems within the discipline co-ordinating with other disciplines during all stages of design development, construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up providing technical support to site as required manage technical safety discipline team ensure that all project health, safety and environmental policies are complied with ensure that design meets all technical safety requirements and maintains risks to as low as reasonably practicable participate in audits and incident investigations as required actively maintains own competence according to standards and pursues continuous professional development self-awareness of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives and industry technology developments expert knowledge of the fundamentals of technical safety engineering methodologies, software systems, and design practices as they relate to feed, detail design, construction, commissioning, and plant start-up expert awareness of international codes and standards expert knowledge of design deliverables associated with loss prevention scopes experience of coordinating hazop, hazid, sil classification studies experience of directing management of change (moc) reviews able to perform physical hazard effects (phe) modelling as required able to interrogate and review and perform quantitative risk assessments (qra) as required experience in f&g studies knowledge of rok safety regulations experience in executing projects in high h2s environment skills / qualifications degree qualification in an engineering discipline is essential experience of working on concept and feed project phases demonstrable balance of industrial experience at a relevant level and position minimum of 15 years relevant experience in the oil and gas industry minimum of 10 years proven capability in an epc company experience of working with multi-national and multi-cultural project teams is strongly preferred
