Senior Lawyer

компания "danone в россии" danone is a global company with an inspiring mission, "bringing health through food to as many people as possible". danone produces incredible products in 4 different areas: dairy, infant nutrition, medical nutrition and waters. our ambition is to become a purpose driven company with a collaborative, agile, open and learning organization where 10 unique talents grow. legal & regulatory teams are teams of experts who help danone to be on the safe side and mitigate risks in any business process. they are aware of any twists and turns of legislation in russia & cis and guarantee consistency of the business in this region. in this role you will: give the company professional and complex legal support in contract matters and issues connected with procurement, logistics departments as well as other departments (e.g. it, industrial, in big fmcg company; identify legal risks relevant to the organization and the business; ensure proper legal risk management of business projects (legal opinion, finding solutions for risk mitigation, etc.); ensure proper legal risk management of agreements and other legal documents and/or correspondence (drafting, reviewing, support in negotiations etc.); assist the organization in drafting and implementation of relevant policies and procedures; manage legal disputes in the area of responsibility; represent company interests before third parties, in litigation proceedings, state authorities; ensure that danone is up to date and compliant with legal requirements, applicable laws and regulations within the area of responsibility; feel free to apply if you have: at least 7+ years of experience (background in fmcg will be your advantage); project management, incl. project team management, experience; profound knowledge of civil law with dive deep into contract law; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills; ability to work with huge amount of information; english advanced/c1 level or higher (knowledge of legal english will be your advantage); strong analytical skills; in danone you will get access to: important projects influencing the whole business; attractive benefits package; various trainings aimed at both the development of prof. competencies, and to strengthen leadership qualities; a variety of professional and social projects, opportunities for knowledge exchange and training; official employment and health insurance;
