компания "mobis parts cis" position discription: as a health and safety manager you will be ensuring the well-being of our workforce and compliance of hse on-site. you will build relationships with cross-functional teams and authorities to ensure requirements are met. you will provide solutions to develop your improvement of hse and implement and develop safety culture in the company. as a health and safety manager you will be responsible for: organizing and coordinating hse process, monitoring compliance and maintaining policies and programs to ensure changes are implemented in accordance with regulatory requirements conducting hse audits, inspections and evaluations to detect existing or potential accident and hazards and to determine preventative measures providing support to manufacturing facilities for investigations, developing improvements, corrective action plans (including medical checks) and follow-up initiatives developing and controlling the implementation of measures to eliminate violations of environmental protection; controlling the submission of environmental reports to regulatory authorities controlling contractors in terms of compliance with the requirements of the local hse legislation, as well as internal requirements of the company controlling the risk assessment of production processes, preparation of reports and activities based on the results of the assessment. informing employees about new legislative and regulatory legal acts on labor protection, developing a program of labor protection induction for new employees. implement and develop safety culture in the company. to be successful in this role you will: have a hse degree, recognized hse certifications and shоwexperience in hse or a related field be familiar with waste handling requirements, hazard communication standards, risk identification and mitigation demonstrate intermediate / advanced english demonstrate excellent leadership and presentation skills including communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences. have experience in hse management systems, auditing and root cause investigation techniques
