компания "юсс супорт сервисез" position based in tengiz, 28/28 requirements: the function of the hse manager is to carry out his/her assigned duties as required for the health and safety department, as directed by the company management, for the purpose of ensuring that a comprehensive safety management system is developed and maintained to support the company’s activities in the republic of kazakhstan. nebosh igc in health & safety; qualification in health & safety – legal requirements & compliances or high education in relevant specialty. ability to deliver training & hse education programmes. food safety certifications: such as haccp, food safety level 3 or level 4 or equivalent. have an excellent command of written/ oral english language; a formal safety or operational background would be viewed favorably; adequate knowledge on office 365, outlook, teams etc.; ability to communicate at all levels preferably previous work experience in a safety related field ability to understand and resolve issues for which there may be no precedent good organizational and administrative skills demonstrated responsibility, maturity, and leadership ability. strong organizational understanding and motivational skills recognizing the need for attention to detail. procedures of investigation accidents and other cases of health damage. rules and control of compliance to requirements of safe operations of equipment’ technical conditions. legislative and other normative acts of republic of kazakhstan, methodological materials in labor protection, labor code. must shоwclear, safety leadership culture. good organization skills. ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. ability to work with minimal supervision. ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions at a high professional standard. excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization. knowledge and understanding of rok safety, road safety, health & environmental legislation. ability to act on own initiative and effectively network amongst peers international experience is added advantage. certification on industrial sanitation & fire safety. responsibility: adhere to health, safety and security procedures of the client and company deal with emergency situations in accordance with company and client policies and procedures maintain safe personal & hygiene presentation standards report and record all near misses, injuries, provide feedback to management regarding hazards in the workplace and any other health, safety and security issues which may have impact on company business develop and adhere to job safety analysis (jsa’s) in regards to all potentially hazardous tasks model high standards of performance and behavior develop team commitment and co-operation, encourage and promote team performance seek internal training opportunities appropriate for position as agreed with management and outlined on company training matrix update skills, knowledge and qualifications and licenses to maintain a high level of competence communicate effectively in the workplace maintain dignity and respect to co-workers and clients provide high standards service to colleagues and customers maintain housekeeping, storage and work areas in a clean, tidy and secure condition control and preservation of materials and tools issued for the performance of work duties and provide advance notification to supervisor when stocks reach minimal level you may be directed by your supervisor to do job tasks that are not listed above but you have the skills and competency to perform in a safe manner it is at all times required to appear in a suitable manner/ corporal hygiene must be irreproachable personal protective equipment (ppe) must be worn at designated places as dictated by signage or instruction appropriate uniform must be worn according to the job requirement preparation of hse plans and initiatives to improve overall hse performance monitor the activities of subordinates ensuring compliance with company hse policy and objectives identification and development of suitable training to enhance employees understanding of hse issues participate in incident investigations, corrective action identification, implementation and follow-up identify and facilitate appropriate induction programs for all employees ensuring this is carried out expediently and in compliance with company policy. develop hse strategy for the ess kazakhstan business. prepare reports, statistics and position papers to support the overall hse strategy. adhere to health, safety and security procedures of the client and company, including incident reporting, risk management and emergency procedures. adhere to all relevant financial, hse & quality management system procedures and work instructions. perform other duties that comply with the held position, specialty and qualification as directed by line manager. constantly maintain to the highest level confidentiality concerning company policies, rules, prikazs, orders, and any other official information. constantly maintain confidentiality of all fellow workers, personal and company related information. constantly maintain confidentiality when transferring information via internet or email. comply with company and client’s policy concerning residing and behavior in their territory. comply with company’s any other policies and rules
