компания "gurtam" gurtam is a telematics and iot solutions developer with over 19 years of experience in the market. every day, our solutions change the game for absolutely different companies and help them solve most extraordinary problems for their businesses. we are proud to be the world leader and never stop bringing more to the world of telematics by establishing the first global annual competition of the iot projects. we value our partners and we equally value our team of professionals who help us shape the future of iot. our people work from different locations but sharing bold and unique ideas unites us. at the moment we are looking for a digital marketing specialist to join our team.what you will be doing: work with existing websites of the company and create new landings (interact with content and development teams, prepare specifications, make updates). work on the concept and launch a new site from scratch, create new landings for various activities on construction sites (tilda, wix). work with the usability of the site: analyze user behavior on the site, propose improvements in accordance with the collected data. run a marketing hypothesis testing (a/b testing). develop and implement strategies for the development of the companychr(39)s sites. work closely with the seo specialist: increase organic traffic, improve site visibility. work with analytics. what you bring: experience as a digital marketing specialist for at least 2 years. ability to work with sites (analyze, prepare specifications for landing from scratch). practical examples of launching, working with the site will be an advantage. knowledge of the basics of google analytics, google tag manager and yandex.metric; the ability to analyze the main indicators. basic understanding of search engine algorithms, seo principles. experience in compiling cjm, building customers’ profiles. at least intermediate level of english, russian. nice to have: experience with b2b products. html and css skills, the ability to post content on the site. practical experience with ahrefs, semrush, wordstat and other analytical and seo tools. knowledge of spanish, french or portuguese. what we offer: work in an international company where each person matters; result-driven, friendly, and supportive team - we do an amazing job and are good friends after work; developing a product of excellent quality that makes our world a better place; flexible work options without time and location tracking; social package: professional and business training, individual foreign language training, corporate library, 20 fully covered psychological sessions, team building events, corporate presents, health insurance.
