Our mission is to enrich everyone’s travel experience around the world through cutting edge technology and excellent service.Your Responsibility will be a full cycle recruiting for international positions:— Regular interaction with hiring managers regarding their staffing needs, role requirements and other recruitment issues;— Candidate management: screen candidate applications, give feedback to candidates and handle general candidate communication with a focus on top tier candidate experience. Closely monitor all stages of the candidate life-cycle and proactively identify areas of opportunity;— Candidate search: using a variety of direct sourcing methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Advertising, Social Media, Networking and Employee Referrals;— Database management: keeping internal recruitment systems up to date;— Analysis and reporting: preparing recruitment related reports and analysis;— Interviewing and evaluating candidates for job openings to identify applicants who fully meet the position requirements;— Onboarding new employees in order to become fully integrated;— Participation in other HR related projects. Our Requirements:— Bachelor or masterchr(39)s degree / university student ready to work full-time;— Recruitment experience with a proven record;— Working proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;— Fluent English with excellent written and oral communication skills;— A pro-active and driven approach;— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;— People-oriented and energetic.
