Front Office manager

компания "самаркандский туристический центр" essential duties and responsibilities: manage the operations of the front office department by ensuring product quality standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all hotel guests according to the hotel’s and corporate business objectives; manages and motivates all front office personnel to include hiring, supervision, training, communicating objectives for the day, disciplining, scheduling and visually monitoring performance to ensure adherence to all service and productivity standards to provide guest satisfaction. requirements: at least 2 years’ similar position working experience in 5-star hotel in uzbekistan; good leadership skills / good training skills / strong organization skills; pre-opening experiences is preferred; good english and russian languages; proactive work attitude and ability to work under pressure, adaptable; familiar with the basic application of word, excel and ppt. conditions: working hours from 9 to 18, 5/2; registration in accordance with the labor legislation of the republic of uzbekistan; modern office, young friendly team, comfortable working atmosphere.
