Responsibilities: drawing up primary documentation on customer orders - invoices, returns, interaction with sales managers directly preparation of orders in 1C in all required areas tracking the balance of settlements with customers cash out plan development analysis among customers in terms of increasing or decreasing volumes work with cost analysis of the department planning and budgeting based on these data Job Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of Excel: complex formulas, summary tables, experience in working with large data sets Experience in document management in sales (primary documents, reconciliation acts, invoices, contracts) Knowledge of the rules of primary trade documentation English at intermediate level and above (written) High degree of responsibility and attention to detail Willingness to work with large amounts of information and multitasking Interaction with finance department Compensation & Benefits: Schedule 5/2 from 10 to 18 (this is not a typo, we work an hour less) Сomfortable office Monthly salary 80 000 rubles net Additional days off, gifts for birthday, New Year and other holidays, training, corporate events, discounts on products
