Financial Manager

компания "dostavista.ru" we are currently looking for financial manager who will play a leading role in controlling of all financial activities related to group subsidiaries and holding company. this role includes accounting oversight for countrieschr(39) transactions, management and ifrs reporting, budgeting and forecasting. the role contributes to overall development of financial function, increasing quality of financial data and management accounting transformation. responsibilities: ensure accuracy, timeliness and compliance in preparation of financial reports; prepare and review ifrs reporting packages, transformation and consolidation; verify monthly financial plans, budgets, and financial reports including corrections of any identified errors, understanding and resolving of the differences in countrieschr(39) reports; prepare variance analysis on a monthly basis (actual vs budget/ forecast). analyze deviations, investigate the reasons for the latter, providing comments to cfo and divisional directors; business analysis, business decisions support from value-driven perspective; evaluate business processes and internal controls and provide recommendations on increasing their effectiveness. requirements: at least 3 years of experience in external audit, reporting or fp&a; knowledge of ifrs principles; advanced excel and data analytics skills; upper-intermediate english; acca in progress or completed is a plus; analytical mindset, attentiveness to details, and good organizational skills; demonstrated ability to make recommendations and influence outcomes; willingness and ability to work in a multinational environment benefits: full remote work; employment according to labour code; voluntary health insurance with dentistry after probation period; all necessary equipment for work (laptop etc); nice and experienced accounting & finance team that will enable you to develop professionally and personally.
