компания "bayer" at bayer we’re visionaries, driven to solve the world’s toughest challenges and striving for a world where ‘health for all, hunger for none’ is no longer a dream, but a real possibility. we’re doing it with energy, curiosity and sheer dedication, always learning from unique perspectives of those around us, expanding our thinking, growing our capabilities and redefining ‘impossible’. there are so many reasons to join us. but if you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice. position: head of e-commerce division: consumer health responsibilities: provides effective management of e-commerce managers team to organize their work by recruiting, training, setting goals and assessing, providing feedback and motivation to achieve established financial, non-financial goals and other performance indicators. identifies talents and determines successors, creates conditions for their development, works with low-performing employees. monitors and analyzes market trends, prepares, protects and implements short-term and long-term development plans for the e-commerce channel and key markets, evaluates progress and makes adjustments if necessary to achieve targets. responsible for the achievement of key performance indicators (kpis) of the e-commerce channel, including but not limited to: sales volume, market share of the consumer health division in this channel, the level of representation of consumer health division products on the "online shelves" of key customers, investment efficiency into the channel and the quality of the implementation of activations in the channel. develops strategies for key clients, optimizing the ratio of costs and benefits, ensuring outstripping sales growth and market share growth of the consumer health division in key clients and entirely in the channel, conducts / participates in negotiations and presentations with key clients in order to establish, development and maintenance of partnerships, joint search for opportunities to achieve financial and non-financial goals. analyzes the effectiveness and return on investment (roi) and evaluates all activities performed in the e-commerce channel. provides data to the manager and stakeholders. performs forward planning and adjustments based on findings to improve channel efficiency. leads cross-functional interaction, providing a single information field within the company and understanding the current state, level of development and plans and prospects of the e-commerce channel. important for us: university degree in management or economics or marketing professional experience in e-commerce on pharma and non-pharma market 5+ years of managerial experience in sales / marketing or project management 3+ years in similar position. strong track record in e-commerce topic english — fluent oral & written ms office: advanced user of excel, powerpoint, etc. brilliant communication skills, experience in negotiating with internal and external stakeholders ability to build communication networks & convince people, achieve set targets in situations with conflicts of interests and different views strong analytical skills, ability to work with large data sets and many systems strong project management skills. experience of working in a matrix organization commitment to process implementation with thorough precision, focus on results flexibility and adaptability organized, responsible, with ability to deal with uncertainty & ambiguity & constant changes readiness to business trips we offer: career in the sustainable international company; monthly salary and annual bonus; meal allowance, corporate car or allowance, corporate mobile coverage; health and life insurance (+1 relative); 35 days paid vacation; corporate learning and development program; corporate reward and recognition program.
