компания "ренко-кат" short terms contract, bautino 28/28 qualification & experience requirements: • higher education • minimum 2 years’ experience on a commercial security environment • military or police background is considered as a plus • recognized security qualification is considered as a plus • knowledge of security and assets protection in the oil and gas sphere • experience and sound judgment in dealing with conflict situations required competences: • ability to handle multiple tasks • ability to withstand stress • ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently • strong leadership skills together with excellent communication, influencing, negotiating and engagement skills • a sound working knowledge of security best practice and legislation affecting the security role • established organizational skills. • analytical thinking skills • mature and professional attitude • accurate and attentive to detail • the ability to plan and prioritize work • fluent kazakh and russian languages • intermediate written and verbal english language. • good knowledge in the use of microsoft office
