компания "стамгазстрой" обязанности: provides support and assistance to ra certification lead as requested works as part of a team to ensure proper implementation of the rok certification process for all purchase orders supervises and trains junior members of the team if requested responsible for all certification activities associated with a specific set of purchase orders (pos) from material requisition / request (mr) sign-off to approval of all certificates for these pos keeps track of all activities in project database (rapmd) and maintains po tracker in rapmd on a daily basis interfaces with company workgroups regarding provision of certificates, customs clearance and sampling activities interfaces with other project groups as required to execute of own scope, including procurement, expediting, logistics, and produces status reports for them if requested participates in weekly meetings with site certification team providing updates on certification status participates in regular meetings with procurement to provide status and resolve certification issues related to procured scopes provides input regarding pos and certificates to ra site certification team maintains shipment trackers in rapmd and participates in weekly interface meetings for those pos and shipments within scope expedites certification contractor activities, reviews matrices/registers etc. as required to expedite the certification process for the given scope seeks and obtains required information to clarify certification requirements from engineering on behalf of certification contractor maintains a witnessing / visit schedule to suppliers / manufacturers if required and implements and coordinates it with certification contractor, teams, and suppliers participates in trips to manufacturer’s plants both in rok and abroad to assist certification contractor to certify such plants answers certification questions related to specific pos and contracts within their scope reviews new engineering mrs, non-engineering material requests as applicable and executes processes for hs code/certification alignment, sampling, witnessing, approval of certificates, movement of hardcopy certificates reports to lead on activities, provides regular status reports covering scope of responsibilities требования: shall be educated to degree level must be fluent in both english and russian languages minimum 5 years previous experience on major oil and gas project is essential. previous experience in rok/eac certification or procurement related role on a major capital project is essential. proactive, responsible, person with a keen attention to detail, and flexibility to adjust approach during execution of activities, as well as multitask, whilst maintaining priorities. условия: tengiz, 28/28
