ManpowerGroup and our partner international FMCG company are in search of candidates for the position of Marketing Manager. Duties: - Market research: analysis of demand and consumption, analysis of competitorschr(39) activities, forecast of trends and development; - Analysis of the companychr(39)s sales performance from the point of view of the market: efficiency, distribution, sales channels, sales by cities and regions, evaluation of the effectiveness of launching innovations; - Development of portfolio strategy, recommendations for its improvement in accordance with the companychr(39)s global strategy and local business priorities, analysis of portfolio profitability and recommendations for its’ improvement; - Development of a marketing mix for launching new products / recommendations for improving existing ones within the framework of the approved portfolio strategy; - Development of a brand plan, marketing calendar on an annual basis and its implementation - Development of communication support for brands: ATL - TV, digital, outdoor advertising according to the companychr(39)s internal policies; BTL - promo; - Evaluation of the effectiveness of marketing activities and development of recommendations for improvement/change; - Leading projects related to conducting consumer research together with a global team; - Maintaining and controlling the budget according to the companychr(39)s internal policies and procedures Skills: - Higher education (Marketing/Economics) - At least 5 years of experience in brand management/marketing (Food/Drink/FMCG), preferably in big Western companies - Knowledge of methods for evaluating the effectiveness of advertising campaigns: ATL (TV, digital), BTL - Knowledge of marketing research methods - Knowledge of pricing methods - Successful experience in the implementation of marketing plans and projects - English Advanced - Advanced MS Office user, knowledge of Nielsen, SAP (will be an advantage)
