компания "лаборатория касперского" the role is responsible for managing and delivering various education-related projects for different stakeholders within kaspersky. principal accountabilities / critical tasks together with kaspersky academy team members define unified educational offering for various target audiences within and outside kaspersky; keep the track of kaspersky educational content and make sure is consistent across different functions within the company; define learning standards and control over its implementation; be responsible for different education-related projects: build plans, define teams and monitor progress; contribute to kaspersky academy projects by doing research around best practices and its implementation; manage the relationships with all stakeholders throughout project life cycles; support content development and design, facilitate kaspersky course offerings when needed. qualification requirements degree in human resources or management; 3+ years managing organizational projects and programs, 7+ years in learning & development, human resources, organization development or other related field; fluent english language level; proven experience and knowledge in adult learning (incl digital learning); experience of working with high-performance teams, high competitive industries (ideally within the it industry); balances combination of team player & being able to work on own initiative; comfortable with change & ambiguity as hr evolves across the business. excellent interpersonal skills. listens as powerfully as they talk.
