Consumer Experience Executive

Our client, the largest international company is looking for a Consumer Experience Executive. Key responsibilities: Own & build omni-channel consumer journey via effective listening of consumer needs and identifying key opportunities; Collaborate with stream leaders to improve streams consumer experience and create a perfect consumer journey; Initiate & lead cross-channel projects to drive consumer journey improvements and ensure the smooth landing and testing of new initiatives into reality; Act as internal consultant for marketing activities development and deployment, bringing them to a new level; Capture, analyze and distribute what consumer thinks and wants about the company or the product or services; holistic view on the multi-channel consumer journey; Conduct market visits to obtain own consumer journey gaps and obtain inspirations within other industries; Drive purchase and post purchase seamless consumer experience, ensuring retention and loyalty of the consumer; Requirements: Higher education (preferably Marketing); 2+ years in Consumer Experience / Consumer Care or relevant roles; Entrepreneurial mindset with exceptional management skills and strive for perfection and consumer happiness; Ability to prioritize multiple projects within tight deadlines; Exceptional collaboration skills to build strong relationships with stream leaders; Understanding of consumer research methodologies, consumer experience building; Ability to translate research results and data into actionable insights and projects; Flexibility, high level of resilience; Effective communication and presentation skills; English – at least Upper Intermediate; Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint.
