Help Desk specialist

Baimskaya Copper Project is looking for potential candidates for the position of Help Desk Specialist within IT Department in Moscow office/ REQUIREMENTS: Experience as a Help Desk Specialist or System Administrator for more than 3 years. Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Project, Visio etc.) proficiency. Basic knowledge of ITIL/ITSM. Advanced knowledge of and actual experience with PC hardware, MS Windows 7, MS Windows 8 and MS Windows 10 operating systems, and office applications. Basic knowledge of and actual experience with Aсtive Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, MS Terminal server, MS Exchange server. TCP/IP protocol stack understanding. Basic knowledge how to setup and maintain corporate peripherals (printers, MFDs, scanners, plotters). Basic knowledge how to setup and maintain multimedia equipment (speakers, projectors, web-cameras, audio-video conference systems). ITIL/ITSM basic knowledge Experience with various computer, peripheral equipment and various office software is preferred. Ability to study new hardware and technologies quickly, ability to plan your time and be scrupulous in making any changes. Communication skills and meaningful cooperation with colleagues RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform daily monitoring and control of the operation of multifunctional devices, printers scanners, plotters (hereinafter referred to as the «Office Equipment»), personal computer equipment and software of the Company. Ensure failure–free and continuous operation of personal computer technology, Office Equipment and software of the Company. Perform diagnostics, solve problems and restore the operability after defaults and failures of personal computers, Office Equipment and software of the Company Perform timely scheduled maintenance during the operation of personal computers, Office Equipment and software of the Company in accordance with the regulations and instructions of the manufacturer for each type of equipment and software. Perform preventive maintenance of personal computers, Office Equipment and software of the Company, which require their shutdown outside working hours and during weekends. Monitor the relevance and perform timely update of hardware and embedded software.
