Compliance Manager

Legal & Regulatory teams are teams of experts who help Danone to be on the safe side and mitigate risks in any business process. They are aware of any twists and turns of legislation in Russia & CIS and guarantee consistency of the business in this region. In this role you will: Support compliance awareness program elaboration and implementation; Support risk analysis and risk mitigation plans to continuously improve compliance; Develop internal policies and regulations; Analyze business processes to ensure their compliance with internal requirements; Manage personal data compliance system; Participate in investigations and inspections, process complaints, mediation of conflicts, identification of suspicions and facts of unfair actions; We are looking for you if you have: Around 3-5 years of professional experience as an in-house counsel within FMCG sector; The ability to deal with ambiguity, work in dynamic fast changing environment; Process driven mind-set and strong attention to details; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills; English B2 or higher; In Danone you will get access to: Important projects influencing the whole business; Attractive benefits package; Various trainings aimed at both the development of Prof. competencies, and to strengthen leadership qualities; A variety of professional and social projects, opportunities for knowledge exchange and training; Official employment and health insurance;
