Technical Project Manager

компания "indriver" our data science team now is working with many product teams on improving processes, reducing risks and helping get better outcomes from tech investments. now we see a lot of promising opportunities to improve many things in the company including automation and business processes optimization by using applied ds. we’re looking for someone who will help us to deliver better ds-powered solutions to improve company’s business outlook tasks and goals: estimate business impact from using ds to company’s products and processes; explore existing and new business cases for ds solutions; identify opportunities for applying ds and ml to improve company’s business metrics; manage ds projects together with product/business teams to deliver value in predictable manner, including product backlogs management for ds product integration with other business/product teams, customer expectations management and communication with both technical and non-technical audiences; organize processes of ds products support; research different data sources that may enhance business value of company’s products; clearly communicate complicated concepts to a wide audiences. expectations: at least master’s degree in disciplines related to engineering, mathematics, economics or other fields of science/technology; previous experience in roles of ds/ml engineer is a must; other technical experience (software engineering, system analysis, product analysis) is desirable; overall experience 5+ years, with at least 2-3 years in roles of of product manager, product owner, project manager; solid understanding of modeling techniques, including knowledge about related technologies/infrastructure, data science processes and data governance; strong written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the company and explain complex things simply, but without losing the sense; ability to demonstrate ds product value to customers; we offer: stable salary, official employment; hybrid work schedule; unlimited opportunities for professional and career growth, regular external and internal training; partially or fully paid additional training courses, including english classes; relocation to cyprus or kazakhstan at the companychr(39)s expense, relocation package; the opportunity to become part of an international team of professionals and just good people who together create one of the coolest success stories in the global tech industry.
