Technical Project Manager

You will: * Implement/Manage an development process and manage all aspects of the sprint team deliverables including planning, execution, risk and issue mitigation* Be accountable for the overall success of your projects and communicate with management and stakeholders* Provide sprint team metrics and be the main point of contact with for status updates, requirements, priorities etc.* Perform tasks including: reading specifications, analyzing documents, creating project plans, determining project timelines within sprint cycles, creating milestones & roadmaps, creating tasks and setting priorities* Deliver value by leading project/sprint teams and by driving effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to proactively resolve resource problems, project roadblocks, and priority conflicts* Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic requirements to keep overall operations running at high performance* Conduct post-mortem and perform root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practice to ensure maximum productivity* Lead team effort in improvement and implement improvement stories and tasks to increase the velocity and quality of the program* Support product owners(s) with intra-team dynamics with respect to priorities and scope* Develop a deep understanding of the project & corresponding blockchain network* Maintain a high level of transparency, thorough communication & documentation using tools such as Telegram/Jira* Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to define project scope and create a plan to execute with highest quality on time and in adherence to new product release cycles.* Create ticket system for our team to complete ad-hoc upgrades and added features, and coordinate timelines between teams.* Maintain and prioritize over-arching product release roadmap and ensure that features, enhancements, and bugs are clearly specified.* Manage the QA/Testing process to make sure the projects are flawless prior to going live Minimum Qualifications: * At minimum 3 + years experience in project management* A strong technical background with software engineering or technical management experience and understanding of blockchain technology* Significant Experience managing technical front/back-end software projects* High level of organization to manage a remote workforce* Excellent communication both in written and oral formats, with a specific ability to author and communicate project plans and documentation* Strong presenting skills for high-level project readoutsStrong knowledge of project management software i.e. Jira, Notion...* Desire to continually learn and grow, pushing the boundaries of the team’s capabilities* A firm understanding of the Web3 experience together with strong knowledge of industry trends, new technologies and best practices in technical project management* A Hands-on practical knowledge of project management methodologies* Ability to work gracefully in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines
