Italian contemporary brand TRUSSARDI with over century-long history is looking for Customer Service Manager ready to provide excellent support to both wholesale key clients/ franchising clients/ individual entrepreneurs, and wholesale team with: Sales campaign support including orders placement; Formation of specifications and invoices, distribution of invoices; Goods delivery notification to key clients; Payments collections; Organization of shipments, preparation of shipping documents; Active interaction with area managers, accounting department, transport company, warehouse; Work with claims, damaged goods management; Buybacks management; Supporting wholesale area managers with trade marketing activities to key clients, including coordination of interaction with HQ; Reporting, including monthly sales performance collection and representation, etc; Documents management: forming and managing agreements data base, filling out agreements; Supporting Wholesale department team, active cooperation with HQ (Milan, Italy).
