компания "mindray medical russia, ltd" great opportunity to join fast-growing chinese medical devices company wechr(39)re enlarging our analytical team and looking for a sales analyst that will support our sales and operation team. responsibilities provide business data analytics and sales analytics reports that allow stakeholders and executives team to make informed decisions. facilitate the regional management leaders to conduct sales forecast, business review and opportunity management that can improve the visibility of sales pipeline. customer master dada management, maintain customer creation, block, updаtеin systems. monitor and report the operational kpi for senior management. daily maintaining of opportunity management tool (e.g., c4c, rdms). manage user demands and system optimization requirements. translation of presentatons or other materials on request. qualifications bachelor’s degree or above, major in business, finance, statistics or engineering is preferred. at least 2 years data analysis, business support or administration working experience. having data analyzing experiences or market analyzing work experience, medical or electronics industry experience will be preferred. sensitive to data and have strong logical thinking and system thinking skills. advanced skills of microsoft office tools. skills in sap, bi and tableau will be preferred. good cross-cultural communication skills in russian and english. speaking chinese is a plus; strong capability in learning new skills and tools, strong active learning motivation and high self-management sense. hard working and practical. good communication skills and cooperative spirit of team/group. conditions wechr(39)re offering: competitive compensation package including yearly kpi bonus(will be discussed individually during interviews). corporate mobile and equipment support. social benefits (health and life insurance from start day), quaterly transport compensation. wechr(39)re working 100% in the office located near m. prospekt mira.
