компания "юнит-нетворк" we are looking for an ambitious and highly motivated sales manager to join our newly formed b2b sales team. you will have the privilege of working remotely and a chance to relocate to the us or eu when our team expands in the future. the product that you will be selling is a saas service called advero.ai targeted at corporate clients from the us and europe. advero is a sales intelligence platform founded in 2019. fluent english is a must since you will be in constant contact with native speakers. experience in selling saas products for an international company will be a significant advantage for you. this position is remote, but you will need to be active and online during eu and us business hours. please note: submit your cv and cover letter in english and describe the top-3 achievements in your sales career. also, kindly send us a link to your linkedin profile if you have one. main purpose of the role: create and manage your personal pipeline of cold b2b leads via email, social networks (linkedin, facebook), cold calls, search tools, etc. together with our chief commercial officer segment the potential markets and industries and drill down to specific decision makers in each company bring potential customers from initial contact to contract signing phase reach and exceed personal quarterly sales targets help the company build long term relationships with clients your typical day includes: searching for new prospects via various channels – social media, email lists, expos and events, mass media, industry reports, etc. making regular proactive follow ups to bring potential customers from initial contact all the way through to closure creating demo accounts for potential clients and supporting them with any questions about the solution setting up and making video calls with clients, screen casting to showcase the product and its main features helping solve any technical issues of potential customers in collaboration with the product team working with data in crm system, managing potential customer accounts providing user feedback about the product to the rest of the team this job is ideal for you if: you have a passion for sales and are driven by achieving challenging goals you are looking for a remote job with potential to relocate to the us or eu you are a self-starter, ready to dive into a new product and quickly become an expert in the eyes of the client you have a western mentality and love to work with english-speaking clients you have great time management skills and are able to multitask under pressure you are ready to roll-up your sleeves and work hard because you want to earn your bonuses you love to learn and are flexible in your habits your success will be measured by: reaching your personal quarterly sales targets your client management skills and client feedback regarding the quality of your support your contribution and feedback regarding product development and features your overall level of proactivity, enthusiasm and input into the team’s success we offer: competitive salary and bonuses (fix + 15% quarterly bonus for achieving personal sales targets) opportunity to work remotely from any location – you just need to make sure you have good internet connection to handle ip-calls daily english language practice with native speaking clients a chance to become part of a talented team of open-minded young professionals growth opportunity inside the sales team and relocation to the us for the top performers if you have carefully read the description and are ready for the task - please start your cover letter with the words - "hey, advero" - this way you will demonstrate that you are a serious candidate and are not wasting anybodychr(39)s time. good luck!
