компания "стамгазстрой" обязанности: handle onboarding process for new starters fill in pams form for permanent badge, vms for temporary badge for fgp new comers arrange temporary pass for fgp newcomers and visitors cai creation for fgp newcomers cai migration for chevron and tco employees fgp badge training enrollment for atyrau/tengiz based chevron and tco personnel provide welcome pack with visitor phone for fgp atyrau & tengiz new comers assign & arrange a desk / office for fgp new comers handle it requests in it remedy system through tco helpdesk - laptop, landline phone (changing voice mails, phone feature details, etc.) and other it issues arrangements for fgp newcomers accesses – emails. adding/deleting from/to shared emails provide o:drive access provide sim card upon request handle fgp personnel distribution list – future growth team by adding / deleting employees handle fgp distribution list by locations white pages update: phone numbers, desk/office #, work location publish fgp announcement in share point handle fgp atyrau contract list creation of folders in o:drive, shared email, distribution list via it remedy system admin shared mailbox coordination manage project cell phones list update sim card contact list update office allocation files of atyrau fgp offices handle offboarding process remove o:drive access & remove from dl fill in exit form and deactivate badge via pams handle assignment/location change notification handle pre-assignment visit / starting assignment visit for chevron, tco, exxon mobil newcomers interface with welcome committee and bb hr team assistance in cai creation for the 3rd parties and kpjv assist in coordination of training activities between the project and agencies fgp visitor’s cell phone distribution and tracking arrange catering/ workshop order / provide business cards order / provide office furniture order / provide iphone for chevron, tco, exxon mobil management newcomers ariba/matman orders upon request from fgp personnel and management (according to existing fgp procedure) handle orders required for office & office employees on monthly basis handle requests for any maintenance in fgp atyrau offices & ardager residence office managing manage office relocation and reservation around fgp atyrau offices assistance in processing pams & vms for fb based employees coordinate all kpjv requests/issues associated with desk / office arrangement in fgp atyrau office keep administration resources updated general admin support handle material pass for fgp atyrau offices assist in coordination of transportation activities arrange short term / long term accommodation in ardager residence & keep a log verify invoice for long term accommodation in ardager residence on monthly basis требования: 3 + years’ experience in administration sphere. a degree in any subject is acceptable, although languages, business studies or management degree holders may be at an advantage. must have strong oral and written communication skills as they will have to interact with individuals at all levels. must be extremely well-organized, able to multitask and prioritize. able to work independently, efficiently, fast and under deadline pressure. must be positive attitude, attention to details, patience and persistence and be proficient in microsoft office. must be trilingual – english (upper-intermediate, advanced)/ kazakh / russian good interpersonal skills solid written and verbal communication skills service orientation, stress tolerance excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work problem-solving and critical & analytical thinking skills teamwork and collaboration skills strong organizational & planning skills with the ability to multi-task knowledge of office management systems and procedures условия: atyrau, 5/2
