компания "ancor" requirements: assisting to managing director. managing directors’ s schedule planning: meetings, documents signing, business trips; office management: office supplies ordering. supporting the work of the office in terms of interaction with the landlord, technical services, delivery services, cleaning, etc; working with incoming and outgoing correspondence: receiving, recording, distribution. meeting visitors, receiving and distribution of calls; travel support: interaction with travel agency on the terms of booking of tickets, hotels, visa processing. interaction with hotels directly. transfers organization for managing director, employees, visitors of company by the request. coordination of marketing materials producing (catalogues, calendars etc.). interaction with marketing department in the head office in usa. interaction with shop. organization of company’s participation in international expositions, forums, round tables etc; coordinating the work between departments and divisions of the company, as in russia, and all other locations of affiliated companies in the world; works with incoming correspondence, phone calls and corporate email; renders through the processing of reports and documents on behalf of the managing director; provides planning of the meetings for the managing director and helps with the reports; performs other instructions of managing director in connection with the position. responsibilities: work experience: 2-3 years at the same or relational position. advanced english (both spoken and written); completed higher education; knowledge of provisions of basic regulatory documents; computer literacy (ms office, especially exсel); erp system chr(40)on the level of userchr(41); experience of working with 1c app; excellent communication skills; understanding of psychology of business communication; good organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks; a flexible and adaptable approach to work. strong analytical skills; high responsibility level; условия: оформление согласно тк рф; работа в елабужском районе, территория оэз алабуга; доставка корпоративным транспортом; режим работы: пн-пт, 08:00-17:00; работа в динамично развивающейся компании; компенсация питания.
