компания "smart solutions personnel" reception duties - calls, visitors, couriers etc. taking care of guests in the office - accompanying to meeting rooms, informing the host, offering water, tea/coffee; preparing conference room for meetings – putting water, glasses and other items as required on the tables; ordering office supplies, taking care of coffee machine cleaning, making sure hygienic supplies are available in the office during the day; making sure the office is clean and tidy; contacting service providers in case of the need to rеplасе lamps, fix taps in the bathrooms, make small repairs, etc.; making venue reservations (restaurants, meeting rooms) at the request of general director and hr manager; travel arrangements for company employees according to the travel business process and policy (tickets, hotels, transfers); coordination of the driver and cleanerchr(39)s work. compiling driverchr(39)s schedule, arranging taxi, if needed; coordination of employee’s roaming requests and helping to resolve issues when an employee’s work phone is blocked; other administrative duties as assigned.
