Role: Operations ManagerUnit: Operations Mission: Teammates are accountable, functions are transferrable for Up or Out Story: The online multiproduct company needs teammates are accountable, functions are transferrable for Up or Out. Each role should pass a stress test with unexpected rotation w/o onboarding of previous role owner at least once in 3 months.
