компания "udalenno" hey! we’re this is unicorn, an amazon agency based in beautiful barcelona. we help amazing brands dominate on amazon. we’re amazon specialists. we know the amazon platform inside out and craft custom growth strategies that get brands where they want to be. our clients sell mainly across the uk, eu & us marketplaces as well as mexico, canada, australia & japan. the main services we offer are: brand strategy: we craft custom brand strategies that are tailored to brands and their goals analysis & forecasting: we unlock insights & opportunities for brands advanced reporting: we create custom kpi dashboards & visualisations to showcase performance at a glance ads management: create advertising strategies that deliver high impact results for amazon advertising & dsp ops management: functioning as an extension of a brand’s in-house team, we know how to navigate the amazon ecosystem to implement your strategy successfully brand content: connect with a brand’s customers & tell the brand story, optimised for the amazon a9 algorithm we’re results-oriented and detail-focused. and we’re obsessed with amazon. we’re currently a team of 12 from a range of international backgrounds & cultures. now we’re looking for an energetic person to join our amazon ops team. what youchr(39)ll be doing... in your first 3 months, you’ll be training up on everything about amazon operations and how we support our clients managing their seller central or vendor central accounts. you’ll be learning everything related to the backstage of amazon: set up and manage inventory, create reports to support strategic decisions, set up promotions, launch new products, interact with amazon support, set up shipments, improve our processes, upload content and many others. amazon is a world of possibilities and constant changes, so you’ll often find yourself figuring things out for the first time too. you’ll have to be creative in finding solutions that can help our clients thrive on amazon. amazon is complex - sometimes you might feel like you’re cracking a code. of course, you’ll have the help & support from the whole unicorn team - we’re a fast-growing startup team, so you’ll get stuck into learning all areas of the business. we take training and personal development seriously. you’ll have regular training and feedback sessions with your manager. this will help you learn quickly and let you know how you’re doing at every step of the way. we’re thinking long-term too. when you’ve wowed us with your drive, ambition & get-stuck-in attitude, this position will transition into an amazing long-term role in the ops team as we continue to expand. this is for you if: you’re analytical, a logical thinker who loves a good spreadsheet you are data-driven, process-driven and love the challenge of problem-solving you’re curious about amazon & digital marketing, and you have already experimented with seller central or vendor platforms you have strong attention to detail you have experience with amazon-related tools such as hellium10, junglescout, or similar (not required) you’re great at taking ideas & putting them into practice, making sure they’re executed brilliantly you’re a team player who’s positive, enthusiastic & fun to be around you have an obsessive desire to learn. you actively seek knowledge from books, courses, blogs, podcasts & mentors to get better at your role whatchr(39)s in it for you? this is a paid trainee position that will transition into a long-term position within our amazon operations team. we want someone who is committed & motivated to deliver results. we also want that person to be compensated fairly an awesome remote work package, which includes a home office expenses allowance and a brand new macbook pro, with an external screen, mouse and keyboard so you have everything you need to work from home effectively salary range 1100-1440 eur vacation days 23 paid + national holidays you’ll join the unicorn team at a time of exciting growth & expansion. you’ll have the ability to take on more responsibility quickly ultimately, you will grow incredibly fast, both personally & professionally. and we’ll be growing with you! a few requirements & things you don’t need: age & experience are not important – we’re more interested in qualities: curious, humble, analytical & driven location: remote. uk and barcelona preferred. but we consider all applications from candidates that have the ability to live and work in the uk or eu fluency in english - we work & communicate with our clients in english. fluency in other european languages is a plus! ready to start asap if this all sounds like you, let’s talk! click to apply & we’ll be in touch.
