компания "роктри вгк стивидор" rocktree is a leading provider of marine dry-bulk cargo handling and delivery solutions. since incorporation in 2007, the company has established itself as a market leader in the dry-bulk transshipment industry, servicing international traders, miners and end users with a strong focus on providing innovative solutions. currently we are looking for operations manager to join our team. duties: operations partner closely with operation teams globally to ensure operational performance and customer satisfaction work with operations teams globally to maintain the highest level of operational and customers standards regularly interact with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the quality and delivery of our services, sharing with the operations teams commercial management build and maintain strong customer relationships with current customer contacts and expand on these where required undertake chartering activities to support and facilitate rocktree operations participate in customer focussed proposal development, contract creation and negotiation manage the global bunker procurement portfolio, optimise and facilitate purchasing control and the alignment of standard operating procedures and reporting manage and further enhance the operational cost management program within rocktree operations, with local operations. set kpi’s for budgetary control measures within the global business and utilise local teams for performance management tracking and optimisation partner effectively with the business & corporate development team to support longer term growth strategies, participate in chartering and logistic development initiatives with customers provide quality support to head of operations & commercial other managers/teams for ad-hoc projects undertake marine logistics assessments to further develop potential customer solutions and to develop long term business relationships (in liaison with business & corporate development team) contract performance preparation of weekly/monthly commercial updates summarizing performance and developments implement a structured and planned performance monitoring system in association with global operations continually monitor, check and resolve customer performance or contract issues ensuring their integration into chr(39)business as usualchr(39) activities track and monitor contractual volumes ensure the development and continuous evolution of contract templates and terms and conditions finance management & reporting prepare and monitor budgets across commercial and operations prepare required information for monthly management reports review and analyse financial and operation analytics and propose mitigation actions to address any gaps or opportunities expected educational qualifications: high education (maritime, finance, business or marketing) diploma or equivalent working experience in maritime, nautical science, business-related or other relevant fields others: 8 years of working experience in marine, dry bulk supply chain, ship management, or logistics industries 8 years’ experience in operational role driven, energetic, pro-active with a positive attitude results-oriented and customer-focused resilient and adaptive in an ambiguous and fast changing environment ability to make decisions and bear responsibility for them from us: competitive compensation package working in a collaborative and constructive environment
