Contract Manager

компания "хуавей текнолоджиз казахстан" job responsibilities: in the pre-sale stage: - ensures all contract management activities; - generates commercial and legal solutions in the bidding and contract phases; - identifies the contract baseline and highlights areas of potential commercial and legal risks; - analyses transaction model, price level assessment, competitors’ price analysis, incoterms, contract signing mode and qualification document requirements presented in the tender documents; - gains comprehensive knowledge of the project and determines whether commercial and legal risk and other risks are misjudged or overlooked; - drafts, negotiates and generates contracts; - organizes contract review meetings (including negotiations with customer); - performs commercial and legal review - supports decision making procedure in the post-sales stage: - supports project team in contract execution process; - performs the risk management; - participates in contract change plan output and strategy, tracks change management reasonability; - controls contract risk and contact closure management; - disputes resolution (in contract execution process) ; - routine external communication. background:- higher education in international trade, law, business administration, foreign languages, master degree is preferred; - at least 3 years’ experience as a contract specialist / lawyer / procurement manager; - fluent business english (both written and oral), knowledge of chinese language is a plus. - excellent communication and negotiation skills; - ms office knowledge; - ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, work with documentation accurately; - proactive, mature and able to work independently and also as a team member; - positive attitude; - quick learner. terms: - location: almaty, kazakhstan - salary: negotiable
