компания "яндекс" toloka is a crowdsourcing platform that unites millions of people around the world who collect and process data to deliver superior data solutions for our global customers. crowdsourcing is used to collect and annotate high-quality data (voice, text, image, or video) used in machine learning, research, testing, technical support, and moderation. toloka’s crowd-labeled data is the core input for our customers across industries like driverless vehicles, it, e-commerce, online marketplaces, banks, manufacturing, and retail. we are looking for a dedicated individual who is a great problem solver to manage the contractual and billing operations of toloka’s enterprise customers. the individual will be assisting account and sales managers in establishing new or extending existing client agreements, approving legal documentation through internal departments within yandex, handling the regular billing / payment processes, and troubleshooting in all of these areas. the individual will be interfacing with administrators from the client’s side. the role is an excellent opportunity to work with enterprise customers. responsibilities coordinating all internal parties in getting a new agreement signed and in extending/modifying an existing agreement operationalising billing / payment receipt from customer as per client’s processes, this may include sending spending reports, submitting invoices in client’s system, or uploading certain documents internally interfacing with client’s administrators with regards to contractual and billing needs independently resolving bottlenecks related to contractual and payment issues escalating to account and sales managers early-on for issues that may potentially generate friction in account operations being the expert of how contractual and billing processes work internally to be able to advise account managers on the most appropriate action in different situations work collaboratively with international clients and partners to quickly conclude all legal and contractual documentation (including in english) prepare contracts, reconciliations, reports, and other documents for clients and partners receive documents (reports) and ensure they are executed correctly work with payments, both receivables and payables build strong working relationships with other internal departments to quickly solve current problems (including passing on information about emerging problems) being trusted advisor for sales doc flow questions qualifications strong attention to details and accuracy when working with documents 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (expertise in document quotation processes) good knowledge of excel proficiency in working simultaneously with large amounts of information proactive attitude that drives you to complete tasks quickly and push others to action by owning the process experience conducting business correspondence knowledge of primary accounting rules general familiarity with documents like invoices and acts understanding of how to reach mutual settlements between partners knowledge of how to optimize existing processes and create new ones ability to communicate effectively in both english and russian experience in writing structured email and describing problems in ticketing systems effective problem solving skills ability to coordinate work across different departments we are looking for a dedicated individual who is a great problem solver to manage the contractual and billing operations of toloka’s enterprise customers. the individual will be assisting account and sales managers in establishing new or extending existing client agreements, approving legal documentation through internal departments within yandex, handling the regular billing / payment processes, and troubleshooting in all of these areas. the individual will be interfacing with administrators from the client’s side. the role is an excellent opportunity to work with enterprise customers.
