Contract Manager

компания "хуавей текнолоджиз казахстан" job responsibilities: in the pre-sale stage: - supports project team in contract execution process; - responsible for invoicing business results and, based on invoicing goals, establishes project invoicing processes, prepares invoicing plan, and locates and resolves invoicing business issues and arguments. as the one responsible for the trigger revenue, clarifies documentation requirements to ensure revenue triggering happens in a timely, accurate and regulated manner; - able to understand billing, acceptance and other contract related terms, and be responsible for billing / contract design and implementation; - lead in or participate in billing/contract related issues and disputes with internal and external customer; - monitor contract / billing fulfillment, warn deviations, make timely contract / billing modifications; - receive, check acceptance acts; perform triggering process in erp-pc systems; issue invoices in internal systems, for e-tax invoices issue in esf kazakhstan portal; submit applications for advance billing; process the invoice after issued and submit with no rejection and no risk for company; - continuously promote the contract / billing quality optimization; - performs the risk management; - participates in change plan output and strategy and change management; - controls contract risk and contact closure management; - disputes resolution. requirements: - higher education in law/finance/procurement; - at least 2 years’ experience as a contract specialist / lawyer / procurement manager; - fluent business english (both written and oral), knowledge of chinese language is a plus. - excellent communication and negotiation skills; - ms office knowledge; - excel, esf kazakhstan portal, eds (electronic digital signature) knowledge; - ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, work with documentation accurately; - proactive, mature and able to work independently and also as a team member; - positive attitude; - quick learner.
