Finance Analyst

компания "виэфэс бай" vfs global, the world’s largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide, is looking for finance analyst. we are looking for a qualified financial analyst (with at least of 2 years of experience at a similar position or in audit), who can work independently, but with proper communication and cooperation with the financial manager. responsibilities: preparation of initial data for further processing upon financial manager request (routine tasks for dashboard preparation) analysis of various reports, including daily sales report and disclosures for management accounts on a monthly basis daily bank reconciliations with approved payments and corresponding updates of the regional payment file daily visa fee reconciliation & control assisting with preparation of annual budget, including changes upload and quarterly updates based on forecasts assisting with preparation of management accounts on a monthly basis (from local gaap to ifrs) participation in business development projects, including cba for new projects or updates of existing ones data preparation on ad hoc basis (regional team, local operations) accumulation of data for external & internal audit queries communication with accounting team, including feedback for potential changes after month closure procedure following group policies and procedures regarding matrix of approvals required knowledge and skills: bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or acca qualification understanding of accounting principles (both local gaap and ifrs) fluent in english (written and verbal) advanced excel user (logical formulas, pivot tables, hot keys) practical knowledge in 1c accounting system chr(40)human systemschr(41) sap experience is an advantage high analytical skills ability to think in a structured way, analyze data and prioritize workload commitment to work intention for professional development communication skills good self-management tolerance to stress attention to details we offer: competitive salary; unique working international environment; career opportunities and professional development an international company; proactive friendly team; a comfortable location in the center of minsk.
