Finance Analyst

Responsibilities: Direct reporting to BP&A head; Lead process of budget preparation for non-commercial functions; Consolidate and prepare information for forecast update cycles, make submission in Hyperion and prepare deck for HQ; Participate in monthly closure procedures; Act as finance business partner for non-commercial functions – support from finance side, control budgets, assess financial cases and check assumptions; Check budget availability and approve expenses related to non-commercial functions; On a monthly basis analyze variances vs AOP, vs LY and vs submitted forecasts; Highlight risks and opportunities, make a mitigation plan and check assumptions used for budget preparation from stakeholders; Optimize processes; Participate in SAP implementation project from BP&A side. Requirements: University degree, preferably math, finance, economics; Experience in big-4 and pharma, fmcg is a plus; Excel proficiency; Analytical and strategic thinking, high communication and presentation skills, process improvement/optimization mentality, business acumen, team player. ORACLE/SAP experience; Fluent English
