Finance Analyst

Finance Analyst for the Health Division in our Moscow brunch (Nurofen, Strepsils, Gaviscon, Durex, Veet, etc). The main purpose of the role of Finance Analyst is being Finance Business Partner for Commercial & Supply departments. Responsibilities: Maintain the commercial & supply team regarding financial analysis issues; Control over accurate and timely reporting; Follow month end close process in accordance to the timetable; TCM and Trade spend analysis; Run and review sales update; Prepare all necessary Trade spend & Stock analysis reports for the Company’s Management and Sales Department; Review monthly Net revenue by customer and correct errors if any; Prepare Net revenue and Gross margin by customer by country file; Take part in audit processes; Take part in evaluation and agreement of promo activities; Support in monthly S&OP process (customer sales analysis, prepare finance inputs). Qualifications and requirements: Educated to minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Experience of working within Finance role, developed within a Pharm or FMCG; Understanding of trade spend, stock analytics; Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with big data; Upper-Intermediate in English.
