компания "suez international sas" permanent entity of the french company suez international sas in tashkent.the company has signed a 7-year contract with tashkent city municipality and the ministry of housing and communal services on march 7, 2020.project: tashkent water transformation plan it manager will responsible for:responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading it-related activities in the organization. help to determine it needs, analyze organizationchr(39)s current systems and assets, recommend and implement solutions and upgrades.-manages it team by training and coaching employees, delegating tasks, communicating performance expectations etc.-controls and evaluates it and electronic data operations.-develops, implements, and coordinates it systems, policies and procedures.-analyzes department needs, identifies vulnerabilities, and boosts productivity, efficiency and accuracy to meet business decisions.-continuously analyzes current process, technologies, and vendors to identify areas of improvement.-prepares cost analysis reports when upgrades are necessary, analyzing vendors quotations to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for money.-evaluates technology risks in order to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.-develops and applies software automation techniques and tools, sample and standard software tools and makes corrections in the completion process of the developed programs.-anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.-evaluates performance of subordinates on an annual and semi-annual basis, recommends trainings and other developmental activities in accordance with identified needs.-ensure protection of interests, non-disclosure of confidential information and documents to the third parties.-respects organizationchr(39)s standard policies (h&s, environment, ethics…) and compliance with internal reporting rules.-the job description is not exhaustive and may assume additional tasks within the competence of the incumbent. requirements: qualifications:-bs in in a technical discipline, such as computer science, information technology or computer engineering.-prior experience in software / hardware upgrade and installation, diagnoses and troubleshooting network and computer issues, cybersecurity, and data protection.-proficiency in uzbek, english and russian languages.-advance level of ms office skills.special skills/abilities needed:-working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software, and programming.-excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.-efficient troubleshooting ability.-ability to lead and supervise the team effectively.-ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion.-ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.-great customer service and interpersonal skills.-time management and strong ability to meet deadlines.-strong organizational and planning skills.-strong interpersonal skills.-must have a customer focus attitude.-hardworking, disciplined, enthusiastic, dynamic.-consistent, accurate, and thorough with an eye for details.experience specifications:-minimum seven (7) years of prior experience in the field of it with five (5) years in supervisory role. remarks:candidates who meet the requirements can send their cv and motivation letter via hh.uz web siteonly shortlisted candidates will be contacted and advance to the next stage of the selection process.
