компания "сервье рус" responsibilities: management of it infrastructure, services and team for the smooth functioning of the production site.​ requirements: higher technical education (mainly faculties: automated process control systems, information technology, software development, information security, it management). english - upper-intermediate and higher. additional courses in it and project management are considered as advantage. total work experience in it at least 10 years. experience in designing the architecture of information systems for at least 5 years. project management experience of at least 5 years. experience in designing it services (technical support, change management, development). experience in managing people who are directly subordinate and matrix/project subordination. work experience in a pharmaceutical or food company will be an advantage. knowledge of modern technologies and trends: virtualization, cloud services, backup, administration, management of computer equipment, information security, software development, news of major vendors and trends in their development. understanding the principles of organizing information networks, building the architecture of information systems. understanding the principles of organizing the support of information systems based on systems of the ms windows family. the ability to organize timely and understandable communication at all levels of the company. experience in managing a team and contractors under stressful conditions (in drp mode). ability to negotiate with suppliers. experience in budget management, fixed assets management. goal-oriented, the ability to self-study, the ability to make informed decisions (as well as to argue and communicate to team members and management), communication skills, the ability to see opportunities in problems and limitations (and implement them), autonomy, responsibility, an active life position, the ability to work in a formal plane, "team player", ability to negotiate. advanced training courses and additional education in the following areas will be considered as an advantage: information systems architecture design, cloud solutions design, azure/google/aws cloud services, microsoft power platform, gmp, gamp, iso 9001, iso 27001, itil/cobit/agile, negotiations, facilitation.​​ conditions: the level of compensation is discussed individually with each candidate, depending on the qualifications. employment into company staff is according to the labor code of the rf. paid meal. transfer expenses compensation to the place of work. voluntary medical insurance. life insurance. corporate pension plan. corporate mobile telephony. sports activities compensation. corporate events. 35 calendar days of vacation. the work schedule is 5/2 with a flexible start of the working day, it is possible to work remotely several days a week.
