компания "flex" responsibilities: proposal to the business development strategy of the firm, including bd budget preparation; preparation of proposals, capability statements and other client presentations; tenders, including monitoring of wining rate and getting clientchr(39)s feedback; preparation for potential clientschr(39) and clientschr(39) meetings; execute a range of targeting and cross-selling initiatives and campaigns including seminars, conference sponsorships and thought leadership; develop campaigns and client alerts, including monitoring the client contact lists; manage the legal directories process including drafting submissions, league tables and award entries; maintain lawyers’ biographies and databases to ensure matters are correctly profiled and entered into the firm’s matter profile system database, and opportunities are captured in the firm’s crm database; preparation of bd and clients’ events; contribute to the office’s internal newsletter and to other firm marketing reports; monitoring news alerts and benchmarking of peerschr(39) firms facilitate the sharing of bd related information within the team; implement database of templates and standard forms; support profile raising initiatives, including in social media, online, internally and externally; bd related trainings for the team; other ad hoc projects as required. the ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience working in a business development role for a global law firm or other client services firm; fuent english.
