Business Development Specialist

компания "juru energy" juru energy is looking for a business development specialist for our tashkent based office. we are looking for an energetic, driven and motivated young professional to be part of our company where you can learn more about different power sector projects and contribute to them on a daily basis. you will be part of our business development team as well as provide reliable support to several teams in various activities. job responsibilities: assist the consulting teams in business development activities; help identify and keep track of existing pipeline of new project opportunities; initiate and coordinate with teams the preparation and submission of expressions of interests (eois) and proposals (technical and financial) for new project opportunities; proactively manage the firm’s cv database (of both full-time staff and external experts) for different disciplines; prepare and periodically updаtеthe staff and expert cvs as per the firm’s template; support drafting of project references, expert biographies, company profile and other material for inclusion in the bidding documents; translate cvs, bidding documents, reports, letters, into russian or english, as necessary; coordinate the communication with the firm’s partner and expert community; support the team heads and commercial department in contract preparation and negotiation, contract management and invoicing; assist in preparation of corporate events: business breakfasts, team-buildings, corporate parties, etc.; perform other duties as might be requested. professional requirements: bachelor’s degree in a related field; minimum 1-year work experience in a commercial and/or corporate environment; excellent written and verbal communication skills in english and russian; proficient user of microsoft office packages and google workspace; understanding of commercial fundamentals; strong decision making and analytical skills; highly organized, diligent and self-motivated multitasker; sociable, friendly manner, team player. we offer: full-time employment as per labor legislation nice and friendly atmosphere on the job and online training dynamic and meritocratic work environment opportunity for career growth, working with international partners and headquarters, exchange of experience and knowledge with top management and international experts. competitive salary plus discretionary bonuses
