компания "нью йоркер ритейл каз" new yorker is seeking an accountant based in our office in almaty. new yorker has over 1000 stores in 40 countries, all over the world, and continues to grow as a successful young fashion company. with a team of 17.000 people, we are always one step ahead, focusing on cooperation and team work. thanks to our passion for fashion, our spontaneous way and efficiency we have been a part of the fashion world for over 40 years. we are now in the process of establishing our own company in kazakhstan and are therefore looking for some qualified and experienced personnel. currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of accountant to be responsible for cash accounting, preparation of monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and ad hoc requests. job responsibilities will include but not limited to the following: registration and posting in all accounting functions including control and reconciliation of daily cash reports reconciliation and review of in the accounting system generated reports for correctness and completeness posting of bank transactions working with advanced reports and source documents formation of declarations on vat and income tax preparation of accounting and statistical reporting according to the standards close cooperation with the tax department of the concern in germany: coordination of calculations for taxes, declarations; if necessary, providing clarifications and required information interaction with regulatory authorities, passing tax and audit checks, conducting reconciliations with tax authorities other accounting and office duties that may arise from time to time qualifications: 3+ years of relevant accounting experience ba/bs in accounting required proficient with ms office foreign language upper-intermediate level: german or/and english preferably cpa certification working knowledge of axapta/microsoft dynamics experience with complex banking and accounting reconciliations advanced excel skills previous retail industry experience and/or multinational company experience are a plus if you are a confident, experienced professional with a strong work ethic and are looking for a role within a successful international company then this is the role for you. by joining new yorker, you will receive a discount for the company products (30% for new collection).
